Phaedra J. Howard
is an attorney with Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC and concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and community association law.

She primarily represents entities and individuals involved in residential and commercial real estate matters, and condominium and townhouse associations. She also assists clients in the related areas of foreclosures, landlord/tenant issues and collection and creditor's remedies.

In addition, Howard maintains an active civil litigation and appellate practice, representing clients in both state and federal courts.

Licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts in Minnesota, she is a member of the Hennepin County and Minnesota State Bar Associations, and an active participant in the MSBA Civil Litigation and New Lawyers Sections.

Howard obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the Hamline University School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Chicago.
