Nancy T. Polomis
is a partner with Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC and Chair of the firm's Real Estate Development Practice. She concentrates her practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate and development, community association law, and corporate and business law. She primarily represents builders, developers, banks, condominium and townhouse associations, and individuals and entities involved in real estate transactions.

In addition, she represents individuals who are launching new businesses or expanding existing businesses, including representation for both general business issues and real estate-related issues such as negotiation of commercial leases.

Polomis is licensed to practice law in the state courts in Minnesota, and is a member of the Real Property and Business Law Sections of the Hennepin County Bar Association and Minnesota State Bar Association. She is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the American Bar Association.

Polomis obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, graduating cum laude. Polomis completed her undergraduate studies at the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Business Administration.
